Fixed Wireless Technician

This is a full-time position responsible for the installation and maintenance, including, but not limited to, service of various fixed wireless sites and customer-owned sites. This job will be an integral part of the Fixed Wireless Network Operations Division and will focus on the installation, troubleshooting, and supporting all aspects of terrestrial fixed wireless and the associated equipment.
Job Description:
Perform Site Surveys to determine serviceability.
Install new services and perform repair for customers primarily in fixed wireless
Diagnose & troubleshoot connectivity problems during service calls
Configure routers & customer devices as needed
Perform equipment upgrades for existing customers
Install cables and wiring according to work order specifications and ensure all wiring installations are in compliance with fire & municipal codes
Test and repair cabling using required test equipment as necessary
Keep accurate & current inventory & vehicle maintenance logs
Maintain company-issued assets including tools, equipment, vehicles & other accessories
Provide highest level of customer experience in all interactions with customers
Safely drive company vehicle while utilizing most efficient route
Follow industry standards regarding safety policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records for jobs completed
Maintain and service trucks and maintain vehicles in a clean and orderly manner
Schedule and deliver vehicles for maintenance and service and maintain mileage logs

Education and Experience
Requires proficiency in PC literacy and software including: spreadsheets, word processors, and other computer applications as required by the job.
Experienced & comfortable using hand & power tools
GED or High School Diploma is required.

Administrative Assistant/Customer Service

Signalnet specializes in Network Communications and Fixed Wireless Internet. We’ve been providing quality service to Texas since 2003.

Our office is looking for Admin Assistant/Customer Service to join our team.

Tasks
Perform customer service support and meet clients’ day-to-day administrative needs with respect to their accounts or new service via inbound calls.

Follow up on prospective clients via outbound calls, emails or social media

Respond professionally to customer inquiries/complaints received via phone, e-mail, social media and ensure that appropriate action is taken, including follow up

Scheduling and dispatching Technicians

Assist office personal

Research customers questions and plan issues

Assist customer with minor technical support issues

Maintain complete and accurate notes

Complete special projects as needed

Communicate on a proactive basis

Participate in team meetings and training

Follow procedures and guidelines

Able to communicate with team to improve processes and policies to support the organizations mission to provide unbeatable service.

Able to comfortably question the customer in an encouraging manner so as to affect a positive relationship and establish a comfort level to gain the customer’s confidence

Possess the ability to analyze and solve problems in a changeable work environment

Possess a cooperative and positive attitude towards customers and team members

The Requirements
Excellent ability to communicate effectively , including verbal and written communication skills

Ability to quickly assess current state issues and formulate a response/resolution using analytical and problem-solving skills

High level attention to detail

Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications

Working knowledge of information technology, a plus

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service, at least 2-3 years is preferred

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs (specifically Outlook, Excel and Word)

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment and prioritize and organize work

Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

Must have excellent attendance and be punctual to work

Fluent in Spanish a plus

4 day work week Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm, occasionally 5 day work week

Salaried Position, depending on experience
